Terms of Service

Effective from 15 May 2026

These terms govern your use of asinev.com and your purchases from MAISON ASINEV, a Malaysian brand based in Kuala Lumpur. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our pieces

We describe every piece accurately and photograph it honestly. Pieces marked one of one exist once; when sold, they leave the collection and are not remade. Limited editions state their edition size on the product page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at our discretion, including where a listing contains an obvious error.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where prices appear in another currency, they are approximate; the final charge is in MYR. Prices may change without notice, but changes never apply to orders already confirmed.

Intellectual property

The ASINEV name, our designs, photography, and written copy belong to us. Do not reproduce, copy, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your account

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, place automated orders, or purchase pieces for resale on secondary marketplaces. We monitor and may refuse future sales where we believe resale is intended.

Exchanges

Our exchange terms are set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy. We do not offer cash refunds.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is capped at the price you paid for the affected piece. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to customers with accounts or recent orders.
