Every ASINEV piece ships from our atelier in Kuala Lumpur, hand-checked, gold-foil-boxed, and tracked.

Peninsular Malaysia
— Standard (3–5 business days): RM 10
— Express (next business day): RM 18
— Free on orders above RM 500

East Malaysia
— Standard (5–7 business days): RM 15
— Express (2–3 business days): RM 25
— Free on orders above RM 500

Singapore
— Standard (5–7 business days): RM 25
— Express (3–4 business days): RM 40
— Free on orders above RM 600

Rest of the world
Quoted on request. WhatsApp us with your destination and we'll send a rate.

ORDER TIMING

Pieces ship within two business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp once shipped.

For express orders placed before 1pm Malaysia time, same-day dispatch where possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on unworn pieces with original tags and dust bag, within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer cash refunds. We offer:
— Exchange for another piece of equal or greater value (you pay the difference)
— Store credit valid for 12 months

Pieces marked as bespoke or made-to-order are not eligible for exchange.

To initiate an exchange:
— Email hello at asinev dot com or WhatsApp us within 14 days of delivery
— We will arrange pickup (Malaysia) or send return shipping instructions (Singapore + international)
— On receipt and inspection, we issue your exchange or store credit within 5 business days

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your piece arrives damaged, photograph it with the packaging visible and message us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace at our cost.

REPAIRS

For pieces purchased within the last 12 months, we repair beadwork loss or stitch damage at no charge. Beyond 12 months, repairs are at cost.
