Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective from 15 May 2026

We accept exchanges on unworn pieces with original tags and dust bag, within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer cash refunds.

We offer:

  • Exchange for another piece of equal or greater value (you pay any difference)
  • Store credit valid for 12 months from issue

Not eligible for exchange

  • Pieces marked as bespoke or made-to-order
  • Pieces showing signs of wear (perfume, makeup, body oils, alterations)
  • Pieces returned without original tags or dust bag
  • Pieces returned more than 14 days after delivery

How to initiate an exchange

  1. Email hello@asinev.com or WhatsApp us within 14 days of delivery
  2. We will arrange pickup (Malaysia) or send return shipping instructions (Singapore and international; customer pays return shipping)
  3. On receipt and inspection, we issue your exchange or store credit within 5 business days

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, photograph it with the packaging visible and message us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace at our cost.

Repairs

For pieces purchased within the last 12 months, we repair beadwork loss or stitch damage at no charge. Beyond 12 months, repairs are at cost.
